📦 Pre-Order Policy

We offer pre-orders at the end of each month and during the first week of the following month to help you secure your favorite products in advance.

Once your pre-order is placed, we will begin processing it and arrange international shipping. Please note that due to the nature of pre-orders and overseas shipments, delivery times may vary slightly, but we will always provide tracking updates once your package is on the way.

Typical package arrival is within 2–4 weeks from the order cut-off date, depending on customs clearance and shipping conditions.

Important Notes:

  • All pre-order items are brand new and sealed, even if the box may have minor wear due to international transit.

  • You can check the expiry date on the back of the box to verify product freshness.

  • Payment is required at the time of pre-order to reserve your items.

  • We will notify you via email or text once your package has been shipped.
